Conscious Lab
About
Conscious Lab 4Nature is a creative research and residency platform exploring regenerative systems through art, design and cultural dialogue. Through speaking and curated immersive residencies, the Lab investigates the Fibonacci spiral as a metaphor for non-linear growth expressed through multi-media installations, photography, film, stitched works and land art. Bridging geometry, material, ecology and collective perception, the work connects inner resilience with ecological awareness and systems thinking.

Mission
Creative Residencies & Cultural Practice
Through Conscious Lab, I develop and curate immersive, research-led residencies exploring the Fibonacci spiral through photography, film, stitched works and land art investigating regeneration as embodied cultural practice.
This work bridges geometry, material, ecology and perception, positioning regeneration not only as material innovation, but as a shift in how we see and create.

Core Practice Statement
Sarah is an interdisciplinary creative practitioner working across site-specific installation, film and ecological research. Emerging from the 1990s countercultural design movement, her practice explores spiral geometry, archetypal feminine form and regenerative pattern systems as long-term inquiry. Through collage, drawing and textile as research methodologies, she develops visceral, immersive environments that respond to site bringing natural systems into embodied dialogue with architecture and the built environment. Her work investigates non-linear growth, cyclical time and the shifting relationship between body, landscape and space.
